Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order at Australia Post.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
• Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@exactigolf.com.au.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

• We do not accept change of mind returns, so please select your product carefully before purchasing.
• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@exactigolf.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
• If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
• Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
